We are looking for Medical Training Officers in Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Karnataka.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Impart protocol-based training to Auxiliary Nurse Midwives (ANMs), Medical Officers (MOs) and specialists in Hindi, English and the regional language.
- Develop content and conduct quality assurance of trainings.
- Facilitate pilot testing of technological and non-technological interventions, and conduct module review.
- Collaborate with management to identify training needs.
- Conduct monthly review of trainings and provide feedback.
- Perform pre and post-training assessments, and create progress reports.
- Develop and maintain good relations with stakeholders.

**Qualification & Skills**:

- Knowledge of and experience in the field of Obstetrics and Gynaecology (OB-GYN), and management of high-risk pregnancies.
- Strong training & facilitation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to convey complex clinical terms and scenarios in the regional language.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
- Read to travel within the state.
- Knowledge of MS Office

**Qualification**

MBBS, BAMS, BHMS, B.Sc. (Nursing)
