**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share in Goa.
- Identify and engage with potential retailers, distributors, and traders to expand the company's customer base.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of the products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market feedback to management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns, events, and activities to enhance brand visibility and awareness.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Represent the products at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to network and generate leads.

**Job Requirements**:

- Any Degree, Freshers can also apply
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address customer needs and challenges.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Knowledge of the local market in Goa and an understanding of the agricultural and livestock industry would be advantageous.
- A passion for agriculture, animal welfare, and sustainable farming practices.
