**Responsibilities for Restaurant Manager: -**
1. Coordinating daily restaurant management operations.
2. To deliver superior food and beverages service and maximising customer satisfaction.
3. Responding efficiently and accurately customer complaints to resort manager.
4. Coordinate daily front of the house and back of the house restaurant operation.
5. Review regularly the product quality and research new vendors.
6. Organise and supervise shifts.
7. Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
8. Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen, utensils and cleaning products.
9. Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
10. Manage good image of restaurant and suggest to improve it.
11. Control operational cost and identify measures to cut waste.
12. Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses.
13. Promote the brand in the local community through word to mouth and restaurant events.
14. Recommends ways to reach a broader audience (i.e discount and social media ads).
15. Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices.
16. Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operation.
17. He must have the quality to take new responsibilities.
