**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records and reports.
- Process and record invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions.
- Perform daily data entry and maintain accurate accounting records.
- Help with bank reconciliations and ledger maintenance.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable and follow up on outstanding balances.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Organize and file accounting documents for easy retrieval and audit purposes.
- Support the senior accountant during audits and financial reviews.
- Handle petty cash management and employee reimbursements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
- Respond to basic queries from vendors, customers, and internal departments.

**Skills Required**:

- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Excel, etc.)
- Attention to detail
- Good mathematical and analytical skills
- Organizational skills
- Basic understanding of financial documents (invoices, ledgers, bank statements)
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Integrity and confidentiality

**Certifications (Optional but Beneficial)**:

- Tally ERP / QuickBooks / Zoho Books
- MS Excel (Advanced)
- GST (if in applicable countries like India)
- Basic Taxation or Bookkeeping Courses

Pay: ₹6,615.29 - ₹15,065.36 per month
