**Job Description**:
Storage Management - EMC, Dell, HP, IBM, Fujitsu, NetApp, MyCloud, Avamar, Data Domain, Commvault
- Incident Investigation & Diagnosis
- Incident Resolution & Recovery
- Problem Investigation & Diagnosis
- Error Identification & Recording
- Problem Escalation & Coordination
- Coordinate the remediation of problem tickets with Other Delivery Organizations, Client, or Third Party Operators for remediation and resolution
- Coordinate the remediation of problem tickets with Vendors and Third Party OEMs (e.g., Microsoft) for remediation and resolution
- Error Assessment
- Update the Knowledge Database
- Issue communication to appropriate teams, groups and individuals through Technologist Alert, Announcement or Mail
- Maintain relationships with vendors and third party OEMs (e.g. understand their support model)

Storage Administration on SAN/ NAS/ DAS
- Monitor and control storage performance and usage
- Maintain space requirements according to Customer requirements and forecasts
- Provide Storage Requirement Forecasts
- Capacity Management & forecast requirement gathering
- Maintain direct access storage resource efficiency
- Perform storage fine tuning and reorganization as required to maintain System performance to meet service level objectives
- Provide continuous reporting of storage pool utilization to maintain adequate storage space
- Provide automated placement of datasets
- Identify and implement routine tasks to automate for improvement of storage reliability and availability
- Maintain storage system passwords
- Monitor storage volume fragmentation index and automatically submit defrag jobs when needed
- Provide education and guidance to users on storage related issues

Storage Administration for Archiving
- Monitor archive process
- Index information being archived
- Notify that the archive process has been completed successfully/failed
- Maintain the archive library
- Perform housekeeping on archive library

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
