You will be in charge of managing the system’s security and performing maintenance to make sure it is working properly. When necessary, you will also be entrusted with installing hardware and software. You must possess a bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology in order to be considered. Strong knowledge of network infrastructure and the capacity to manage and troubleshoot network devices are prerequisites for success in this position. **Key Deliverables**:Responsible for day-to-day Operations and administration of network & security infrastructure. - Configuring and installing various network devices and services (eg, router switches, firewallsAAA, Access points, load balancers VPN, QoSL2/L3 Switching & Routing) - Knowledge of networking protocols such as TCP/IP/UDPDNS, DHCPHTTPHTTPSSMTPSMNPFTP - Responsible for network design and security particularly troubleshooting and/or debugging network-related problems. - Good Knowledge of troubleshooting problem identification problem resolution and/or resolution recommendation activities to first and second-level teams. - Network consulting for new projects - Provide Networking support to clients which includes provisioning asset management monitoring implementation troubleshooting and support for Networking operations and related infrastructure. - Provide Level-2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues. - ISP and It-related vendor coordination. - Responsible for working with all clients and team members to ensure proper maintenance of the LANWirelessand WAN voice and data networks. - NAS server configurations and maintenance. - Analyse security systems and seek improvements on a continuous basis - Ability to test for, track, and resolve threats including malfunctions and attacks - Knowledge of LaptopDesktop and Printer configurations - Knowledge of Google and Microsoft accounts **Key Competencies and Skills**: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure - Ability to work independently - Strong Customer Service Skills **Employee Benefits**: - BHIVE has a very strong benefits policy including an employee-friendly ESOP policy in place.
