Logistics & Documentation Coordinator responsibilities:

- Coordinating with production staff and daily activities.
- Managing, evaluating and reporting on warehouse productivity.
- Drafting Tax Invoice, and preparing the documents required in the dispatch of the goods.
- Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.
- Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation.
- Communicating with transporters and the buyers to bridge the gap if any issue occurs in the delivering of the goods.
- Daily updating and reporting the Orders and the Stock report
- Communicating and coordinating with other departments and customers.

Key Skills:

- E-mail Communication with our customers and on time prompt revert on the mails
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Excel.
- Problem-solving skills.

Linguistic ability
- English, Tamil & Hindi

Any UG / PG
Full time Job.
