**Role Overview**

As a **Maintenance Executive**, you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless operation, safety, and upkeep of all technical and maintenance aspects of the resort. Your responsibilities include overseeing the functionality of electrical systems, plumbing, air conditioning, landscaping equipment, and other critical infrastructure, ensuring the highest standards of maintenance and guest satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise and execute daily maintenance operations across the resort premises.
- Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, kitchen, and other technical systems.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs or upgrades when required.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, common areas, treatment rooms, and back-of-house facilities to identify maintenance needs.
- Maintain detailed logs of maintenance work, repairs, and system checks.
- Respond promptly and efficiently to maintenance-related guest complaints and service requests.
- Monitor the proper functioning of sewage treatment plants, water purification systems, and generators.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and legal requirements related to facility maintenance.
- Manage the maintenance team, assign tasks, and provide on-the-job training when necessary.
- Collaborate closely with the Ayurveda, housekeeping, front office, and kitchen teams to minimize operational disruptions.
- Maintain inventory of tools, spare parts, and maintenance supplies, ensuring cost-effective procurement and usage.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in maintenance, preferably in a resort, wellness retreat, or hospitality setting.
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, air-conditioning, carpentry, and facility management.
- Familiarity with BMS (Building Management Systems) and preventive maintenance software is an asset.
- Good command of English and Malayalam.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and emergency situations.
- A calm, composed personality with an eye for detail and commitment to safety.

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
