**Job Title: - Purchase Executive (Permanent - Full Time)**

Job Description:
- We are looking for an Operation Executive in Pharma Industry experience oversees day-to-day business at a company and look for ways of promoting efficiency and improving profit and net worth.

**Responsibilities**
- Preferred Pharma industry experience and place the order till dispatch.
- End to end customer order management for Import, export or domestic supply.
- Sourcing of new vendor as per RFQ along with required documentation.
- Interact with Manufacturers & suppliers of products and also negotiate commercials.
- Preparation, acknowledgment & issuance of Purchase Order, Tax invoice, Pro-forma Invoice, and schedules within definitive timelines.
- Review & Coordination for artwork approval.
- Interact with Clients & suppliers supply-chain/operations or logistics Team.
- Place an order on Suppliers & follow-up for production timeline & timely dispatch of goods
- Regularly update the customer regarding production status & dispatch timeline.
- Plan, track & dispatch the shipment of final products according to customer requirements
- Preparation of all export/ Import related documentation in coordination with Freight forwarders, CHA, etc.
- Preparation of Product dispatch-related documentation & coordination as needed.
- New Vendor Development, Sourcing & evaluation
- Maintaining healthy relationships with vendors/suppliers & ensure timely payment
- Negotiating appropriate contracts for pricing and supply and closing deals with optimal terms
- Organizing and updating database of suppliers, delivery times, invoices, and quantity of supplies
- Handling product complaints like return of rejected materials and obtaining replacement or refund.
- Ongoing Project execution of Purchase order & follow up till delivery of material

**Qualification**
- Bachelor's degree/BCOM/Any Graduate.

**Experience :**At least 1-2 yrs. of experience is required.

**Requirements and skills**
- Bachelors Degree in pharmaceutical sciences, pharmacy, microbiology, or an adjacent field is preferred.
- Should have excellent negotiation & strong communication skills.
- Negotiation with different categories of vendors (existing & new) for comparative pricing and other commercial terms
- Coordinating with different departments like supply chain, production, QC etc. to adhere to timelines
- Must understand basic concepts of purchase.
- Should be proactive.

**Working Days : - **Monday to Saturday10.30 am to 7.00 pm

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

All customers required to wear a mask and surface should be sanitize regularly ,vaccination required etc.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ghatkopar, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
