Responsibilities for Insolvency Profile:

- Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements as outlined by the insolvency code and regulations.
- Provide comprehensive support services to our Insolvency Professionals throughout the insolvency process.
- Conduct meticulous due diligence on prospective Resolution Applicants.
- Develop innovative resolution plans in full compliance with the relevant laws governing the target entity.
- Coordinate and meticulously draft minutes for interactions with creditors.
- Engage in a diverse range of activities within the domain of the insolvency code.
- Responsibilities for Merger and Acquisitions

Lead and Manage Merger and Amalgamation Profile:

- Oversee due diligence, negotiations, and integration in merger and amalgamation processes.
- Conduct In-Depth Research Analysis: Identify investment opportunities and evaluate market trends through thorough research and analysis.
- Prepare Detailed Financial Models: Create comprehensive financial models and feasibility studies for mergers, acquisitions, and investments.
- Monitor Financial Markets and Regulatory Changes: Stay up-to-date with financial markets, economic conditions, and regulatory changes.
- Create Comprehensive Reports and Presentations: Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5-10 years of relevant experience in insolvency or related fields.
- Understanding of Insolvency Laws: Familiarity with insolvency laws, regulations, and codes.
- Proficiency in Due Diligence Procedures: Adeptness in due diligence procedures and resolution plan preparation.

**Salary**: ₹2,500,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- New Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)
