Sarvakaya Resorts is a premium getaway destination in Yercaud, offering guests a unique experience with nature, luxury, and exceptional service. We are looking for a **Front Office Executive**to lead our front desk team and ensure smooth guest experiences from check-in to check-out.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee front desk operations, ensuring efficient check-in and check-out procedures.
- Manage and train the front office staff to maintain high service standards.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, reservations, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain booking records, room availability, and guest databases.
- Ensure proper billing, invoicing, and cash handling procedures.
- Implement and maintain front office policies and SOPs.
- Monitor guest feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain a welcoming and professional atmosphere at the front desk.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in hospitality, hotel management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in front office management or a similar role in hospitality.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and reservation systems.
- Ability to handle guest concerns with a calm and solution-oriented approach.
- Flexibility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
