**JOB DESCRIPTION**
**Skill: Manual QA**
**Role / Tier: Tester/ Tier 3**
**Key responsibility**:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex functional defects, usability issues, and performance bottlenecks
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to different project requirements and timelines
**Qualifications**
B.S/BTech/ MCA/ Degree
