**Job Title**: Telecaller
**Location**: Kona Kona Interiors, Sunny Orchid Heights, Plot 145, Sector 23, Ulwe (Navi Mumbai)
**1. Position Overview**
Kona Kona is seeking a friendly, enthusiastic Telecaller (non‑managerial) to make and receive calls about our interior design services. You'll gather prospect details, answer queries, and schedule site visits or hand off warm leads.
**2. Key Responsibilities**
- Qualify needs and schedule site visits or follow-ups
**3. Qualifications & Skills**
- **Education**: High school (12th Pass) or equivalent; diploma/graduate preferred workstream.
- **Experience**: Freshers welcome; 0-1 year in BPO, customer support, or hospitality ideal business.
- **Languages**: Fluent in Hindi and/or English; Marathi is a plus
- **Skills**: Excellent phone etiquette, active listening, persuasive yet polite communication, data‑entry/CRM proficiency business.
**4. Work Details**
- **Shift**: Day shift (typically 9 AM-6 PM), full-time
- **Salary**: ₹14,000-₹20,000/month (aligned with Ulwe’s market rates)
- **Start Date**: Immediate joiners, walk-ins/interviews encouraged
