**Role Purpose**:
Deliver impactful & efficient Data Governance / Ref Data/ Master Data solutions under guidance from manager to a Vodafone market as per SLA
Manage engagement with relevant stakeholders from the supported market

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Participate in Data governance project to set up framework for Data Lineage.
- Define Data Quality policy.
- Should develop full data catalog and dictionary.
- Participate in data analysis.
- Actively participate in data reconciliation.
- Should define data governance policy.
- Assist other groups in database setup, design of edit checks, test plans, DQ policy decisions, etc. to ensure data quality objectives are met.
- Deliver assigned BI solution and ETL agreed SLAs
- Data consultant for BI, Reporting, and Analytics team
- Create a learning document for the team
- Publish DQ scorecards and Statistical process control monitor
- Technical consultant for the Data Management team. Data analysis, root cause, and fixing data-related issues in the system for the business.
- Work as ETL Developer for BI solution.
- Utilize knowledge of the functional areas to link business problems and Data solutions
- Delivering assigned projects - Define scope, adhere to SLAs, impact assessment, and closure
- Stakeholders Engagement - communication, updates, transition, issue resolution & Deepening of engagement
- Processes
- Documentation, innovation, identify & drive opportunities for improving productivity and efficiency
- Support junior team members to utilize best practices within the organization Telecommunication experience

**Essential**:

- 9-12 years strong Business and Data Governance development /Architect experience
- AbInitio Metadata Hub/Collibra experience
- Excellent data interpretation skills
- Good knowledge of data warehouse and a business intelligence, good understanding of range of data manipulation and analysis techniques
- Reporting experience including interface with data sources
- Working knowledge of large information technology development projects using methodologies and standards
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, demonstrating the ability to communicate information technology concepts to non-technology personnel
- Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills, attitude to plan and organize work to deliver as agreed
- Hands on experience working with large datasets

**Desired**:
Business & Data Analysts and Data Quality exposure
Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Access & VBA
Telecommunication experience
Technical Graduation
- B.E.
Relevant certification
Excellent communication skills (business and technical)
Written and verbal English language
Ability to respond quickly to issues and risks
Ability to highlight possible issues proactive
Orientated for process improvements
Being a problem solver
Team player, Works collaboratively with other team members to deliver tasks
Strong ability to understand complex system landscape configuration considering the E2E view
