We are looking out for Purchase Executive for our Organisation.

Location: APMC Market, Vashi.

Role Details:

- Review & Forecast for Inventory & purchase by monitoring current stock, lead time required to reach goods at Location.
- Negotiate keeping in the interests of the company the required RM and manage the stock in green levels to avoid production down time.
- Processing Indent for PM/RM as per production planning & maximum production capacity of plant.
- Sending delivery schedule to the supplier as per day to day production planning.
- Follow up with supplier for smooth functioning &delivery of Raw & Packaging Materials up to the plant on timely basis.
- Receiving Quality confirmation for RM & PM material from Quality Control department before warehousing inventory.
- Daily Generation Reports in ERP System i.e. GRN, Issue Slip, DPTN, Invoice, etc.
- Preparing debit note against rejection & shortage of RM & PM to the respective Vendor.
- Preparing yearly basis Vendor Evaluation report & discuss with Management for further analysis and action.
- Sending finished goods stock details to Management for distribution of Finished Goods across India.
- Arrangement for vehicle to dispatch FG to the respective location for which allocation planned. (Domestic & Export).
- Preparation of Dispatch Invoice/Document through ERP ie Sales Invoice etc.
- Follow with transporters for arrangement vehicle & to reach goods on timely basis to respective location,warehouse within given period of time.
- Tracking transporter performance report on daily basis.
- Preparation of Daily, Weekly, Forth-night & Monthly Inventory & Finished Goods record.
- Preparation of Monthly processing statement/Monthly Bill.
- Monitoring and preparing variance report.
- Preparation of documents in ERP System i.e. GRN, Dispatch invoice (STN & Excise Invoice).
- Daily production entry & issue of material in ERP system.
- Vendor development, negotiation in rates with vendors.
- After finalize rates with vendors then issue system generates PO.
- Vendor visit on regular basis to check quality.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
