We are looking to employ a dedicated and experienced site supervisor to oversee construction projects and supervise the construction team.

Site Supervisors hold the highest position on a construction site and should have in-depth knowledge of building codes and daily staff management techniques. Should have hands-on experience in construction tools and processes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handling complete construction work at sites
- Manage team and report day to day activities
- Resolve issues at the site.
- Undertake design project from start to completion of project
- Supervise work progress and quality check of finishing work,
- Getting work completed on time through contractors and labours,
- Handling stock requirements
- Monitoring the progress of construction projects and ensure compliance with construction safety regulations.
- Supervising construction workers and subcontractors
- Educating construction workers on site safety practices,
- Evaluating employee performance.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 to 5 years of work experience in same field
- Knowledge of Interior finishing & construction work
- Ability to read and understand Drawings
- Understanding of proper safety procedures and recognition of hazards
- Willingness to travel local

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: Best in the Industry and depending on the experience.- **Supervisor Responsibilities Include**- Setting goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company's plans and vision.
- Organising workflow and ensuring that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks.
- Monitoring employee productivity and providing constructive feedback and coach

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
