Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and track relevant tenders and bidding opportunities in the solar/renewable energy sector.
- Analyze tender documents, including scope, specifications, and legal/commercial terms.
- Prepare and compile accurate bid documentation in compliance with customer requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments (engineering, finance, legal) for tender inputs.
- Ensure timely submission of tender proposals and pre-qualification documents.
- Maintain and update a database of past tenders, submissions, and outcomes.
- Communicate with clients, consultants, and government bodies regarding tender clarifications.
- Monitor tender outcomes and assist in post-bid negotiations or documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in tendering, preferably in the solar or infrastructure sector.
- Strong understanding of government e-procurement portals and tendering procedures.
- Excellent documentation, organizational, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and PDF editors.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with government tenders, EPC projects, and solar project documentation.
- Familiarity with portal-based submissions (e.g., GeM, CPPP, state e-tender portals).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,759.44 per month
