**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Provide information about Vega Jewelers' products, services, ongoing offers, and promotions.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution of queries.
- Maintain a customer database and update records with accurate information.
- Build strong relationships with customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
