Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- **System Management**:

- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of information systems.
- Ensure the proper functioning and security of databases, including backup and recovery processes.
- **Data Management**:

- Analyze business data to provide actionable insights and support decision-making processes.
- Ensure the integrity and security of data, protecting it from unauthorized access or breaches.
- Generate reports on real estate market trends, property performance, and other key metrics using Power BI.
- **IT Infrastructure**:

- Manage the organization’s IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and hardware.
- Plan and execute upgrades to hardware and software as necessary to meet business needs.
- **User Support and Training**:

- Provide technical support to users, resolving IT-related issues and ensuring mínimal disruption to operations.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the IT skills of employees, particularly in MS Word, MS Excel, and Power BI.
- **Vendor Management**:

- Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring service level agreements are met.
- Oversee the procurement of IT equipment and services, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
- **Compliance and Risk Management**:

- Ensure that all IT systems comply with relevant regulations and standards.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with IT systems, including cyber security threats.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Generate reports on IT performance, system usage, and other metrics for senior management.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of IT systems, policies, and procedures.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve IT systems and processes.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve IT operations and business processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in MIS or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and Power BI.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
