The Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct patient care, manages patient health concerns, educates patients and families, and collaborates with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care. This role requires strong clinical skills, critical thinking, compassion, and a commitment to patient-centered care.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Patient Care**:
- Perform initial patient assessments, gather patient histories, and document findings.
- Monitor and record patient vitals and symptoms, and report any significant changes.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with medical guidelines and protocols.
- Assist with diagnostic tests, procedures, and post-operative care as required.
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare practices, medications, and treatment plans.
- **Clinical Documentation**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Document patient information, nursing interventions, outcomes, and care plans.
- **Collaboration**:
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to create and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress, goals, and care adjustments.
- **Patient Advocacy and Support**:
- Act as an advocate for patients, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed.
- Offer emotional support and guidance to patients and their families during stressful situations.
- **Adherence to Policies and Protocols**:
- Follow hospital and department policies, as well as regulatory and accreditation standards.
- Ensure all nursing procedures comply with best practices and legal requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in patient care.
- **Professional Development**:
- Attend continuing education sessions to stay updated on nursing practices and innovations.
- Participate in performance evaluations, quality improvement initiatives, and training sessions.
**Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Nursing (BSN preferred).
- **Licensure**: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in [State].
- **Experience**: Previous experience in a clinical or hospital setting preferred.
- **Certifications**: BLS, ACLS (may be required depending on specialty).

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction and teamwork.
- Ability to work in high-stress environments, prioritize tasks, and remain calm under pressure.
- Proficient in EHR software, as well as basic computer skills.

**Physical Requirements**
- Ability to lift and move patients as required.
- Capable of standing for long periods and performing repetitive tasks.
- Willingness to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
