Role: Telesales Executive
- Kochi Vennala, Palarivattom, work from Office **( Good in Malayalam + English)**
- Can join Immediately

Comfortable in Sales, ready to hot, Warm, cold & calling.

You must be in Bangalore.

You should have Laptop & Phone, ( SIM will be provided by the company)

Working days
- Monday to Saturday Work from office ( Sunday fixed off)

Salary up to 3 LPA + Performance Bonus + Incentives

**Job Description**:

- As BDA sales/Sr Inside Sales, you will be responsible for prospecting leads and contacting them to pitch the program.

Developing a detailed understanding of the features and benefits of the product/ service

Guiding customers for suitable product/ service package selection based on their requirements and use case

Creating and managing sales pipelines to achieve the targets assigned to you

Constantly improving the conversions

Meeting the benchmark metrics consistently

Maintaining long-term relationships with clients through effective after-sales support

Conducting virtual meet-ups to create new business relationships

**Requirements**:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work under pressure

Laptop is mandatory

Willing to work in a startup environment (fast-paced)

**Language
- Malayalam & English Mandatory**

Working Hours

Willing to work 6 days a week 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM ( Sunday fixed off)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
