Surginatal is a leading medical devices company based in Jaipur, Rajasthan. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Google Ads Expert to join our team. As a Google Ads Expert, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and sales.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns for Surginatal products and services.
- Develop and implement effective Google Ads strategies to improve click-through rates, conversions, and return on investment.
- Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing to optimize ads performance.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics such as click-through rates, cost per click, and conversion rates, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align Google Ads campaigns with overall marketing objectives and strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Google Ads trends and features, and implement them to improve campaign performance.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in Google Ads campaign management.
- Strong understanding of Google Ads campaign settings, targeting options, and bidding strategies.
- Proficiency in Google Ads Editor, Google Analytics, and other relevant tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Quarterly bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
