**Job Description**:

- Identify potential target & Group Loan Customer
- Door to door customer visit
- To generate
- To resolve customer query
- Support Banking Unit-Manager in lead closer
- Average 120 customers handling per day
- To maintain DCR ( Daily Call Report)
- To get the feedback from Customer and Recovery
- To set reminder for loan payable day
- Follow-up with Hot Prospect
- To resolve query related to Loan & EMI's
- Imparting product related knowledge
- End to end lead closer & Sales Target
- Min 22-32 Age as on interview date
- Office Time Start 7:30 AM (Week Off - Sunday & 2nd + 4th Saturday)
- Two wheelers mandatory with Driving license.
- EEB (Emerging Enterprise Business)
