As a **Sales and Marketing Executive** at Brandz On Web, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective marketing strategies and client engagement. You will play a key role in reaching out to potential clients, promoting our services, and contributing to our business expansion.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify potential markets and generate new business leads.
- Pitch digital marketing services (SEO, social media, website design, content marketing, etc.) to prospective clients.
- Create and implement result-oriented sales and marketing strategies.
- Develop relationships with new and existing clients to ensure long-term growth.
- Attend client meetings, prepare proposals, and deliver presentations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized marketing solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or digital agency roles (preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident, dynamic, and customer-focused.
- Knowledge of digital marketing services and tools is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
