**Key Applicant Requirements**:
**(Skills/Knowledge/Experience/Qualifications)**:

**Desirable**:

- **Business Analyst in the following industries in order of preference**
- Card Industry. If card industry experience, then migration experience highly desirable.
- Payments Industry
- Software Development within the Banking Industry
- Software Development within the Finance Industry
- Software Development outside the banking/Finance Industry
- **Pure Business Analysts**
- Avoid hybrids i.e. Project Manager/Business Analyst, Tester/Business Analyst, Systems Analyst/Business Analyst or any combination of the above or similar
- Minimum of 5 years as a pure business analyst
- Strong preference for client facing business analysts (i.e. not internal to the organization business analysts)
- Rather well experienced in the following areas. His CV and any screening must clearly indicate that most of his time was spent on the below and not the below being a small fraction of his/her past responsibilities.
- Leading requirement elicitation sessions with clients
- Requirements analysis
- Requirements definition
- Requirements documentation and writing Functional documentation

**Highly desirable but not critical**
- Experience in working with packaged software requiring deep understanding of the product/s.
- Professional Certifications like CIBA, BCS, etc.
- Good Users of the following tools:

- MS Word
- MS Excel
- MS Powerpoint
- MS Visio
- Other
- Open to international travel - up to 20%

**Key position details**:
**(Responsibilities)**:

- **Lead and manage the business requirements gathering and planning meetings/conference calls/workshops**
- **Elicit, analyse, document, and communicate business requirements of systems.**
- **Own the business requirements for projects and support clients and internal teams during the life cycle of the project**
- **Provide system/product consultancy support to clients and educate clients on system features and functionality where required.**
