Corporate Trainer

Training Development and Implementation: Design and implement comprehensive training plans and materials for café staff, covering essential skills such as coffee making, grinding, milk steaming, and customer service, ensuring alignment with employer standards.
- Performance Assessment and Feedback: Monitor and evaluate trainee performance throughout their training period, providing constructive feedback to enhance skills and address areas needing improvement, while identifying individual strengths and growth opportunities.
- Coffee Skills Demonstration: Instruct trainees on key café skills, including coffee preparation techniques and equipment usage, ensuring adherence to established standards for menu item preparation.
- Hygiene and Safety Guidelines: Educate trainees on cleaning practices and hygiene standards to maintain a safe and sanitary work environment, emphasizing the importance of cleanliness for both equipment and personal hygiene, while enforcing health and safety protocols.
- Customer Interaction and Service: Provide training on efficient order taking, effective communication with patrons, and strategies for handling customer concerns or errors professionally and empathetically.
- Stay Updated on Coffee Trends: Stay informed about the latest coffeetrends, brewing techniques, and industry advancements, sharing knowledge with trainees to deliver the highest quality coffee experience to customers.
- Surprise Quality Audits: Develop quality control audit plans to assess café operations and service quality, document defects or areas for improvement identified during audits, and present quality audit reports to senior management, highlighting findings and recommendations.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
