Finance Executive

**What you'll own (responsibilities)**:
Xeno is looking for an experienced and analytical Financial Executive to undertake accounting, receivable management and much more responsibilities in the Accounting & Finance department. You will work alongside our key stakeholders and manage below responsibilities.
- Accounting**:Managing the company’s day to day accounting in Zoho books, including updating transactions and doing reconciliations.**:

- Receivables: Prepare and send invoices to customers and follow-up with them for timely collections and other receivable tasks.
- Conduct daily reconciliation of cash receipts, bank deposits, and customer accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies between payment amounts, customer records, and invoices.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales and customer service teams, to address payment-related inquiries and resolve customer issues.
- Identify and escalate any potential issues or irregularities in cash transactions to the appropriate department.
- Payables-Work with vendors and internal teams to ensure proper billing by the vendor is being made.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions, including updating customer accounts,vendor accounts and preparing related reports.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities related to books of accounts in accordance with general accounting processes.
- Withhold all the customer agreements and masters for billing
- Help build new financial systems by working closely with the management and customer team.

**What we are looking for (skills and character)**
- Experienced executive with at least 3-4 years’ experience in managing the accounting & receivable operations in the growing companies.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Proven work experience as a Cash Application Specialist, Accounts Receivable Clerk, or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
- Proficiency in using financial software and tools, such as zoho books, MS Excel, Google Suite.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and interact with customers
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
