**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day procurement of raw materials, trims, accessories, and production-related items.
- Identify and evaluate vendors, negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules.
- Prepare and issue purchase orders, follow up on deliveries, and ensure timely receipt of goods.
- Maintain purchase records and update inventory systems.
- Coordinate with production and store departments to forecast requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
- Resolve vendor grievances and claims against suppliers.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Graduate in any discipline (B.Com/BBA preferred); Diploma or certification in Supply Chain or Procurement is a plus.

- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
