**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualize and design creative assets for campaigns, social media, website, newsletters, and offline store experiences.
- Develop and maintain a cohesive visual identity for VIRGIO across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to create designs that amplify storytelling and brand messaging.
- Work on product packaging designs that align with VIRGIO’s sustainable ethos, such as compostable and eco-friendly packaging.
- Design assets for special projects, including collaborations, pop-up stores, and experiential activations.
- Stay updated with design trends to ensure VIRGIO’s visuals remain fresh and innovative.
- Coordinate with external printers or agencies to ensure high-quality output for offline assets.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or sustainability-focused brands.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
- A strong portfolio showcasing creativity, versatility, and an understanding of brand identity.
- Experience in motion graphics, 3D design, or video editing is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
