**Responsibilities**:

- **Conceptualize and Design**: Create compelling visual designs for a variety of mediums including digital advertisements, social media graphics, print materials, product packaging, and more.
- **Brand Identity**: Ensure consistency in brand identity across all design projects, adhering to brand guidelines and standards.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and content creation teams to understand project requirements and deliver visually impactful designs that meet objectives.
- **Research and Trends**: Stay updated on industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design output and remain competitive in the market.
- **Project Management**: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work on time.
- **Feedback and Iteration**: Solicit feedback from stakeholders and incorporate revisions to refine designs and ensure alignment with project goals.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in graphic design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Experience designing for both print and digital mediums.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality while working under tight deadlines.
- Creative problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically about design solutions.

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
