My outcomes is a set of tools that helps mental health practitioners improve effectiveness. Over 13 randomized clinical trials indicate MyOutcomes tool kit helps therapist double their effectiveness. Currently, our team has built a strong initial client base of large and small, private and government clinics that include the US Military, state wide implementations and is used in over 23 universities to train psychology students. Our international market includes 23 countries and translated into 6 languages.
AN EMERGING SECTOR
We are moving out of development stage and preparing to grow within the mental health sector which is experiencing exponential growth. With 1 in 5 people experiencing mental health struggles and over 43% of the North American people experiencing stress, demands are on mental services to increase effectiveness. We are growing and we are looking for a dedicated manager to oversee the product and client services and build a strong relationship with our clients working virtually from your home location.

WE NEED YOU
We’re seeking a Product & Customer service manager with a strong empirical track record who is willing to roll up their shirt sleeves and build a strong relationship with our new & existing clients.
QUALIFICATION
- Work 5 days a week, 4 flex hours a day from home but you have to be available for 2 hours during 7 AM-11 AM PST Mon-Fri
- A master’s degree preferred or a min of a bachelors
Min 5 years’ experience in product-client services administration
- Excellent English written and spoken skills
Job Responsibilities:
- New client accounts set up/renewals - account set up on the database and LS updates
- Free trial set up - Create free trials for clients after the form is submitted
Reports: Utilization report - download, review, format and share with the team
- Manage the day-to-day functioning and tasks of the client service manager
- Database manager - CRM updates
- Webinars - help with recording and editing of webinar videos
- Review of written documents/process flow (guides and training manuals)
- Proofread, check for errors, and edit
- Training and implementation - help with coordination of training for new clients
- Testing of software as and when required
**Job Types**: Part-time, Regular / Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week
**Salary**: From ₹30,000.00 per month
