- Request Access for Role and Entitlement with three level of customization approval process and
- Lifecycle Events - Batch Requests - Managing Policies
- Hands on experience in web services, XML, SOAP and JMS.
- Hands on Custom connector development experience
- Involvement in a successful Pursuit of a potential Identity management client by being part of

the RFP response team
- Contribute towards the definition of product and technical roadmaps
- Create and support security policies, standards, and processes based on customer business

goals. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation.
- Use case design, Solution Requirements Specification and mapping business requirements to

technical requirements (Traceability Matrix)
- Hands on Custom connector development experience
- Good exposure in Deployment, Management and Monitoring
- Good exposure in Access Request and Life cycle event failure analysis
- Hands On experience on different Authentication Mechanism i.e. SAML, OAuth, Open ID
