**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using Stibo.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
- Help maintain code quality organization and automation.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Work closely with product management to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the companys competitive edge.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process.
- Ensure that all development activities adhere to the companys security and compliance policies.
- Develop and execute unit tests to ensure the quality of the code.
- Document software designs and code for future reference and maintenance.

**Qualifications**
- Possess a Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Have 3 to 15 years of experience in software development.
- Demonstrate extensive experience with Stibo.
- Show proficiency in programming languages such as Java C# or Python.
- Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Have excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Be familiar with Agile development methodologies.
- Nice to have experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
- Display a strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Be capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Show a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Have experience with version control systems like Git.
- Demonstrate the ability to write clean maintainable and efficient code.
