**Advanced Wellness Golf Course Road**

We are looking for an experienced Receptionist to join our team at Advanced Wellness Golf Course Road. The successful applicant will be highly organized and have excellent communication skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greets clients in a friendly, welcoming manner and ensures they are comfortable during their visit with us.
- Answers incoming calls promptly and provides appropriate customer service.
- Schedule appointments using automated scheduling systems, and maintain client records in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Verify health insurance eligibility for potential patients before scheduling appointments; provide basic information regarding office hours, services offered, billing policies etc., to potential customers as needed.
- Provide basic clerical support such as filing client forms/documents and photocopying documents when required; perform other duties as assigned from time to time by manager/owner of business unit or his delegate.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1+ year of Customer Service experience preferably in a medical environment is preferred (not essential).
- Knowledge of Cosmetology products and services is preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast paced environment
- Exceptional telephone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Open to acquire new skills & knowledge

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
