**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative **Social Media Marketing Executive** with knowledge of SEO and experience in running social media ads, including sponsored ads. As an intern, you will assist the marketing team in executing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and engage our target audience across various social media platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Management**:

- Assist in developing, implementing, and managing social media content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, engagement, and audience growth.
- Help create, schedule, and publish posts on social media platforms.
- **SEO & Content Optimization**:

- Optimize social media posts, blogs, and web content for search engines (SEO) to increase visibility and improve search rankings.
- Assist with keyword research and content strategy for better organic reach.
- **Paid Advertising**:

- Assist in creating, managing, and optimizing paid social media advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Track and analyze ad performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to improve results.
- Monitor budget, bids, and campaign performance, and recommend adjustments to maximize ROI.
- **Sponsored Ads**:

- Help develop and run sponsored ad campaigns to promote specific products, services, or events.
- Coordinate with external partners or influencers for sponsored collaborations.
- **Reporting & Analytics**:

- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
- Assist with weekly and monthly performance reports using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.
- **Market Research**:

- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to inform social media strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of SEO best practices.
- Experience or familiarity with running paid ads on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and recommend improvements.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Creative thinking and an eye for detail.
- Minimum:

- 6 months to 1 year experience

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing and collaboration.
