**Job Title**: Back Office Executive (Insurance - US Process)

**Location**: Andheri west

**Job Type**: [Full-time]
**Reports to**: Process Manager / Team Lead

**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Data Entry & Processing**: Enter, review, and process insurance-related data accurately into company systems.
- **Documentation Management**: Maintain and organize insurance records, policies, and claims documentation.
- **Policy Review**: Verify policy details, update records, and ensure all client information is accurate.
- **Compliance Adherence**: Ensure all processes comply with company and regulatory standards.
- **Client Coordination**: Collaborate with the front office or client representatives to resolve discrepancies or clarify requirements.
- **Report Generation**: Prepare and deliver reports related to policy statuses, claims, and other operational metrics.
- **Support**: Assist the team in troubleshooting issues, addressing client queries, and ensuring timely task completion.
- **Shift Compliance**: Work according to US business hours and adapt to time zone requirements as needed.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- Previous experience in back-office operations, preferably in the insurance or BPO industry.
- Familiarity with US insurance processes is an advantage.
- Excellent typing and data entry skills with high accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM or data management systems.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Willingness to work night shifts to align with US time zones.

**What We Offer**

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
