**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
- Plan and execute procurement strategies to ensure adequate inventory levels and timely delivery of products.
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for optimizing inventory levels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and operations to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Work with logistics providers to ensure efficient and cost-effective transportation and distribution of products.
- Monitor and analyze supply chain performance data to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to supply chain management.
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks to ensure continuity of supply.

**Qualifications**:

- 2-3 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the beauty or personal care industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience working with suppliers and logistics providers.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and supply chain management software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient Excel skills.
