Sales Executive

1. Generate leads through various channels such as calling, networking, referrals, and attending events.
2. Conduct consultations with potential clients to understand their energy needs, assess their property for solar feasibility, and provide customized solutions.
3. Educate customers about the benefits of solar energy, including cost savings, environmental impact, and incentives.
4. Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients, detailing the recommended solar solutions and pricing.
5. Negotiate terms & Pricing to secure sales agreements.
6. Follow up with leads and maintain communication throughout the sales process to address any questions or concerns and ultimately close deals.
7. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, from initial contact to post-installation follow-up.
8. Monitor and track sales activities, pipeline & performance matrix.
9. Collaborate with internal teams such as design/engineering, installation, and customer service to ensure seamless delivery of solar projects.
10. Utilize effective sales techniques to overcome objections and close deals with prospective clients.
11. Stay updated on industry trends, solar technology advancements, and government policies/regulations related to solar energy.
12. Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the company.
13. Proficiency in CRM software.
14. Be transparent about the benefits and limitations of solar energy solutions. Provide clear and honest information about pricing, financing options, and expected savings. Transparency builds credibility and helps establish trust with customers.
