**Responsibilities**
- Train and mentor teams on agile values, principles, and practices
- Manage and optimize scrum processes and meetings including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups
- Facilitate decision-making processes and resolve conflicts within the team
- Monitor and track team performance to identify areas for improvement
- Coordinate with product owners and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and effective project management
- Support product backlog management and prioritize needs to maximize value delivery
- Eliminate impediments that hinder team progress
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive status reports to stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to budgets and project timeline

**Requirements**:

- 10+ years of overall IT experience
- 4+ years of experience in a Scrum Master role
- Certification as a Scrum Master or SAFe certification preferred
- Proficiency in agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban
- Background in leadership and team management
- Strong skills in project management and organization
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills

**Nice to have**
- Experience with agile software development tools
- Advanced certification in Scrum methodologies
- Background in coaching agile teams
