**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for calling Insurance companies (in US) on behalf of doctors/physicians and follow up on outstanding Accounts Receivable.
- Review provider claims that have not been paid by insurance companies.
- To prioritize the pending claims for calling from the aging basket.
- Should be able to convince the claims company (payers) for payment of their outstanding claims.
- Should have excellent denial management knowledge meeting daily/weekly and monthly targets set for an individual.

**Working hours**:

- US Shift: 8pm-5am
- 5 days of working (Mon-Fri)

**Qualification/Skills**:

- Good communication skills is required

**Experience**:

- Entry level (Fresher) to 3 years of Experience in AR domain.

**Salary**: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

- Accounts receivable: 2 years (preferred)
