**About the Role**

Bugle Technologies Private Limited is hiring a dedicated and compassionate Content Creator & Social Media Coordinator to support our healthcare clients - doctors treating children with cleft lip and palate. The role involves visiting cleft care centers, capturing real patient stories, photographing treatment journeys, conducting short interviews, and coordinating with the marketing team to bring these stories to life on social media.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Be physically present at cleft treatment clinics in Ahmedabad, Bhubaneswar, Visakhapatnam, and Bengaluru based on patient schedules
- Capture high-quality photographs and videos during patient interactions, treatments, and recovery moments (with consent)
- Conduct short, sensitive interviews with patients and their families in a warm and respectful manner
- Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff to schedule content shoots when patients are available
- Edit and organize content using basic tools like Canva, CapCut, VN Editor, etc.
- Coordinate with the social media and marketing team to ensure timely delivery of content
- Work closely with both the clinical team (for content creation) and the marketing team (for content posting and alignment)
- Ensure proper documentation of patient consent and adherence to ethical media guidelines
- Proficiency in photography and videography
- Understanding of short-form content trends on Instagram and Facebook
- Basic editing skills using tools
- Polite, empathetic, and professional communication style, especially in hospital settings
- Ability to travel locally and across assigned cities as needed
- Fluency in regional languages (spoken) is preferred
- Self-motivated and reliable with a strong sense of responsibility

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Students or freelancers from media, communications, photography, or visual arts backgrounds
- Experience working with hospitals, NGOs, or in the social impact sector
- Own mobile phone or camera with good quality output (Would be great)

**Job Type & Compensation**
- Type: Internship / Freelance (location-based) /Contractual
- Location: On-site at clinics, aligned with patient appointment schedules
- Compensation: Stipend or per-project basis (to be discussed)
- Working Hours: Flexible but dependent on hospital and patient timing (usually daytime)
