**LOCATION** Gurgaon (travel readiness outside home residence is important)

**QUALIFICATION** Pursing ICSI Course who has passed Professional level or at least have passed 2 modules under Professional Level.

**EXPERIENCE**:Fresher

**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Active enough to take part in the affairs of the Company. Well versed with provisions Companies Act, 2013, FEMA etc.
- Preparation and Maintenance of Secretarial Records of Companies including Agenda, Attendance sheets, Director's Report, Notice of Meetings (Board and Shareholders) including Shorter Notice etc.
- Maintaining statutory books, including registers of members, directors and secretaries.
- Contributing to meeting discussions as and when required, and assistance in legal, litigation, governance, accounting and tax implications of proposed policies.
- Liaising with external regulators and advisers, such as lawyers and auditors etc.
- Minutes of Board Meetings and General Meetings.
- Help in the Finance Department of the Company. All work related to finance, except accounting.

**REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS**:

- Should have Excel Proficiency
- Should have Analytical Thinking skills and Problem-solving Skills.
- Should have Good Communication Skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 21 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month

- Day shift
- Morning shift
