**Position**: Junior Associate - Foreign Trade Policy & Customs
**Location**: Jasola, New Delhi

**Timings**: Monday - Friday (9:30 am
- 6 am) ; Saturday (9:30 am -2 pm )
**Employment Type**: Full-time

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in handling matters related to **Foreign Trade Policy** and **Customs laws**.
- Conduct detailed legal and regulatory **research** and stay updated with the latest policy changes and circulars.
- Draft professional legal documents, client communications, and internal memos.
- Undertake **field visits** to DGFT, Customs, and allied authorities for submissions, follow-ups, and hearings.
- Coordinate with clients and authorities on routine compliance matters.

**Desired Skills and Qualifications**:

- Strong research and analytical abilities.
- Excellent drafting and written communication skills.
- Fluent verbal communication and client-handling capability.
- Willingness to travel for field work and authority visits.
- Practical approach with a keen interest in learning and growing in the field of trade compliance and policy.

**Eligibility**:

- Graduate in Law / Commerce / Economics / International Business preferred.
- 0-2 years of experience in a similar field (Freshers with relevant internships may apply).
- **Prior experience in customs or FTP is not mandatory - on-the-job training will be provided.**
