**Key Responsibilities**
**Social Media Management**
- Assist in planning and executing **social media marketing strategies** to enhance brand engagement.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across various social media platforms (**Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.**).
- Monitor social media channels, **respond to comments and messages**, and engage with the audience in a timely manner.
- Manage and grow online communities by fostering conversations and interactions.
- Stay updated on **trending topics, hashtags, and platform updates** to optimize content performance.
**Content Creation & Strategy**
- Develop engaging **visual and written content**, including posts, captions (if need be), and creatives.
- Assist or provide creative inputs in designing social media graphics using **Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools**.
- Capture and edit short-form videos, reels, and stories using phone apps or basic video editing tools. (Ability to edit videos on Premiere Pro or After Effects would be a plus).
**Analytics & Performance Monitoring**
- Track, analyze, and report on **social media performance metrics** to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Utilize tools like **Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Google Analytics** for monitoring engagement and reach.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve content performance and audience growth.
**Campaign & Ad Management**
- Assist in running **paid social media campaigns** (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads).
- Support in optimizing **ad creatives, targeting, and budgets** for better campaign performance.
**Collaboration & Research**
- Work closely with the **marketing, design, and content teams** to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Conduct research on **industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences** to enhance social media strategy.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and campaign planning meetings.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- **Bachelor’s degree** in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of **popular social media platforms and trends**.
- Proficiency in **content creation tools** (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro).
- Basic knowledge of **SEO, online reputation management (ORM), and analytics tools**.
- Excellent **written and verbal communication skills** in English.
- Creative thinking with the ability to develop innovative content ideas.
- Strong **time management and organizational skills**.
- Ability to **multitask and work in a fast-paced environment**.
- Enthusiasm, energy, and willingness to **engage with audiences on social media**.
**Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory but a Plus)**
- Basic **video editing skills** for short-form content (Reels, YouTube Shorts, Stores) (not necessary but would definitely be an added advantage).
- Knowledge of **Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and social media advertising**.
- Experience in **handling social media during live events and brand activations**.
- Ability to take and edit **high-quality pictures and videos using a smartphone**.
