Executive Sales

**Job Purpose**
As a part of the Sales Team, you will play a fundamental role in bringing new sales and business for the organisation.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Responsible for managing the entire customer life-cycle for customers
- Develop new accounts and build a strong lead pipeline through customer visits/ calls/ Trade fairs/ Conferences
- Build and deliver technical presentations to customers
- Analyse customers’ User Requirement Specification (URS) and build proposals in consultation with the client and Gansons Technical and Design teams
- Develop business relationships with key client stakeholders and decision makers
- Conduct technical discussions and commercial negotiations with the client
- Technical and competitive benchmarking
- Create annual and periodic sales projections, analysis
- Work in collaboration with Marketing team for lead generation and Technical Services team for client service issues.
- Interface with project management team on timely dispatch of equipment and documentation. Follow up with clients for timely payment as per agreed terms.
**Mandatory Qualifications/ Skills**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Active listening skills and analytical skills.
**Preferred Qualifications and Skills**
- Post Graduate Degree in Engineering/ Pharmaceutical sciences
- 4 - 10 years’ Work Experience in Sales & Marketing Functions in the NON - Pharmaceutical Equipment Manufacturing Industry.
**Reports to**
- Vice President Sales
**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
