**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized **Academic Coordinator** to oversee the smooth execution of academic programs, manage schedules, and support both faculty and students to ensure high-quality learning outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and schedule classes, workshops, and assessments.
- Act as a communication link between faculty, students, and management.
- Track student attendance, performance, and progress reports.
- Maintain academic records, timetables, and course plans.
- Ensure availability of required resources (classrooms, trainers, materials).
- Handle student queries, concerns, and provide timely support.
- Assist in onboarding new trainers and maintaining faculty rosters.
- Support academic events, orientation programs, and examinations.
- Prepare regular academic reports for management review.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education/Management preferred).
- Prior experience in academic coordination, training institutes, or educational administration (preferred).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace tools.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
