**Role Description** The Photographer will be responsible for taking high-quality product images and lifestyle photos for the company's website, social media, and marketing efforts. This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram. The Photographer will be working closely with the marketing team to ensure all creative assets meet the brand standards.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
1. Conceptualization and Planning:
Collaborate with the creative team to understand the vision and goals of each editorial shoot.

Contribute innovative ideas for visual storytelling and conceptualize photo shoot themes that align with brand identity.

2. Photography Execution:
Execute high-quality product editorial shoots, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and style standards.

Capture products in a way that highlights their features, benefits, and unique selling points.

Work with lighting, composition, and styling to create visually stunning and cohesive images.

3. Equipment and Technical Proficiency:
Utilize advanced photography equipment and software to achieve optimal results.

Stay updated on the latest photography techniques, trends, and equipment to enhance skills and maintain a competitive edge.

4. Post-Production:
Edit and retouch images to ensure consistency, quality, and alignment with the brand's aesthetic.

Manage post-production workflow efficiently, meeting deadlines for image delivery.

5. Quality Assurance:
Conduct thorough reviews of images to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and brand representation.

Address feedback and make necessary adjustments to deliver exceptional final products.

**Qualifications**:
1- Proven experience as a Product Editorial Photographer with a strong portfolio.

2- In-depth knowledge of photography equipment, lighting techniques, and post-production processes.

3- Proficiency in industry-standard photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).

4- Strong creative vision and the ability to translate concepts into visually compelling images.

5- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.

6- Effective communication and collaboration skills.

7- Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
