About the Role

We’re seeking a smart, confident, and well-spoken female professional to be the welcoming face and voice of our real estate office. This role blends front-desk responsibilities with proactive telecalling to engage potential clients and support sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist walk-in clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
- Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and appointment scheduling
- Conduct outbound telecalling to prospective leads and maintain follow-up logs
- Maintain visitor records, client databases, and daily call sheets
- Coordinate with sales and admin teams for smooth office operations
- Ensure the reception area is tidy, presentable, and brand-aligned

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in reception or telecalling (real estate preferred)
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi, Punjabi, and basic English
- Proficient in MS Office, WhatsApp Business, and basic CRM tools
- Pleasant personality, punctual, and customer-focused
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure gracefully
