**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Documentation Management**: Organise, maintain, and update company records, ensuring all documents are properly filed and easily accessible.
- **Wage Processing**: Assist in preparing and processing payroll, ensuring it is timely and accurate.
- **Data Entry**: Input and update information in company databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- **Customer Service**: Provide friendly and professional assistance to clients, visitors, and employees.
- **Other Duties**: Perform additional tasks and projects as assigned by management.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
**Experience**:
- 1 year experience in an Administrator role.
