**Job Summary-**:
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales growth by generating leads, nurturing prospects, and closing sales over the phone or through digital communication channels. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify sales leads through various methods, including
cold calling and online research.
- Customer Engagement: Build relationships with customers, understand their needs.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct virtual presentations and product demonstrations
prospective customers.
- Order Processing: Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Customer Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up communications with customers to ensure
satisfaction and address any issues.

**Qualifications**:

- Education: A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Sales Skills: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
